Starting point
The event dates, times and names were already available as a list, but each event still had to be moved into the calendar separately. The task was simple, but involved a lot of copying the same information — and with it, the risk of typing errors.
What we did
- We showed how an existing event list can be processed with AI into a format ready for calendar import
- The event dates, times and titles were checked before the calendar import
Outcome
One focused task did not require building a new system or a separate integration. The client gained a practical way to use AI when processing existing information and to reduce manual copying.
