Who is this for?

For marketing, sales, management and administrative teams that want to develop how AI is used in everyday work. The training also suits companies where AI use is still occasional or shared practices are not yet in place.

What we do in the training

  • Using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Microsoft Copilot in your own daily tasks
  • Writing effective instructions for AI (prompts) and getting better results
  • Building reusable prompts and assistants for recurring tasks such as reports, quotes and customer messages
  • Critically assessing AI-generated text and spotting errors
  • Secure ways of working: what information may and may not be entered into AI tools
  • Identifying your own tasks that are worth automating next (the aim is three to five tasks)

How the training works

  1. Initial conversation: we find out what your team does, which tools you use and what you want from the training
  2. Preparation with your own materials: we build the exercises around your real tasks instead of generic examples
  3. Training: short introductions and plenty of hands-on practice, with participants working on their own tasks
  4. Next-step plan: we compile the use cases identified and recommend where to continue

Training formats

Executive workshop

Duration: from 90 minutes to half a day

What does AI mean for your business specifically? We map out the use cases and prioritise them: where to start, what can wait and what is not worth pursuing at all.

Team training

Duration: 1 day or 2 × half a day

Hands-on work with your team’s own tasks and the tools you already use. The aim is that every participant leaves with prompts and assistants suited to their own work.

Ongoing support and coaching

Meetings: monthly

Regular sessions to resolve questions that come up in use, introduce new ways of working and keep skills up to date.

How is the price determined?

All training formats are quoted individually. The price depends on the chosen format and the agreed scope, and it is confirmed after the initial conversation.

Security and company guidelines

Using AI requires clear ground rules. In the training we go through:

  • Permitted tools: which AI services your company uses and with which accounts
  • Data handling boundaries: what customer data, personal data and confidential materials may or may not be processed using AI tools
  • Checking results: who is responsible for the accuracy of content produced with AI

If your company does not yet have an AI usage policy, we can discuss drafting one. Any policy work is agreed separately.

AI literacy and the EU AI Act

The EU AI Act also addresses the AI literacy of staff. The training supports building AI literacy and shared ways of working. On its own, it does not demonstrate that an organisation has met the requirements of the regulation.

After the training

The use cases identified in the training are a good starting point for what comes next. On that basis you can move on to, for example:

  • a review in which we look more closely at what is worth automating
  • AI agents and other tools built by Emperor Labs that handle recurring tasks on your behalf

The training does not commit you to anything further.

Help with choosing tools, defining shared ways of using them and planning a broader rollout is a separate service: Putting AI to work in your company

Frequently asked questions

Is technical expertise needed?

No. You do not need an IT background or previous experience with AI tools.

Which tools are used in the training?

Primarily the ones you already use or plan to adopt, for example ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot. We agree this in the initial conversation.

Do the exercises use our own material?

Yes, to the extent your own guidelines allow. Instead of confidential information, we can use adapted examples.

How is the training delivered, and what size of group does it suit?

The delivery format and group size are agreed separately in the initial conversation, based on your team and goals.

How is Practical AI Training different from Putting AI to work in your company?

Practical AI Training focuses on your people’s skills: hands-on practice, prompts, secure ways of working and coaching. Putting AI to work in your company covers choosing tools, defining shared practices and planning a broader, controlled rollout. The two services can complement each other.
